As you are part of our MPS services, using the XPPS toolset, all your consumable ordering, service calls and meter readings are automatically completed

To book a service call or to order consumables by telephone, please ring this number:

0870 900 5501

First you will be prompted to choose 'Technical Support' or 'Consumables' by saying your choice. After this you will be asked for the serial number of the machine you are calling about. You have the choice either to say the serial number or use the telephone keypad to enter the number.

This will then put you through to a Xerox Analyst who will depending on your option begin troubleshooting the problem with your Xerox machine or take your consumables order.

 

Consumable Ordering Tool

You are now able to order consumables straight from your Web Browser using the Xerox Consumable Ordering Tool (COT)

 

 

 

How to register:

After clicking the above link you will be prompted to enter your company details. After this has been done, Xerox will email you 2-3 days after registration with the COT link and a temporary password.

By clicking the link sent, this will activate your account. Enter your temporary password, you will then be prompted to personalise your password allowing you to order immediately.
