Once the documents have been scanned, the
compressed images can be put onto CD together with indexes
and a viewing tool. When put into any normal PC CD drive,
a window appears with the different indexes listed from
which the desired one can be chosen. All you then do is
type in whatever you want to search for — it could
be a name or invoice number for example, and our software
will immediately find the correct image and bring it up
on the screen. You can then view it, zoom it, print it
or send it over the fax or network to whoever needs it.
