The disruption to business caused by a telephone system breakdown is something no organisation wants to experience. Our telecommunications maintenance services ensure that this is one area our clients don’t have to worry about. From fixing a faulty handset to recovery from a major power failure, our engineers provide expert support for hundreds of customers every day.
 
We make it simple and straight forward to report faults through our specialist technical centre. Once a fault is reported, our customers can have confidence that it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. In fact, over 50% of faults are repaired remotely. If the problem is carrier or network related, our Technical Support team will carry out an initial assessment and then the Service team will liaise with the network provider to resolve the problem.
 

We measure our response times constantly and on average achieve 97% on 4 hour contracts and 99% for 16 hour contracts. Costs are easy to predict and manage. Our contract covers all parts and labour for faults resulting from fair wear and tear.
