Within each division is a dedicated infrastructure of personnel, committed to delivering our products in the most professional manner.

A team of Sales Account Managers will recommended the correct products and arrange regular review meetings to ensure that your investment is maximised to its true potential.
Each Salesperson is fully qualified in their specific product area and assisted by an internal and external team of support personnel.

Our Project Management Teams ensure that the products are integrated with minimal disruption and that you are kept informed at every stage as to the progress of your order.
We will deal with all third parties on your behalf ensuring that you can deal with the most important aspects of running your business, without a need for concern.

Pinnacle has a dedicated Engineering Team for each of its divisions. Our processes are backed by rigorous checks from our suppliers who demand only the very best from their partners. In turn, Pinnacle is accredited an ISO9000 company for both the installation, and maintenance of its products. We realise that this is an area of utmost importance and will not only leave a long lasting perception of our company but play a major factor in your decision to do business with us into the future.

Our dedicated Customer Education Team ensures that you will receive the most professional of pre and post sales training. Whether you require training as part of an installation, or refresher training on, or off site, at our equipped training rooms, Pinnacle provides this.
