When you contact the Pinnacle Helpdesk, one of our friendly Analysts will talk you through finding and installing the software, after which you will receive a user ID and passcode, simply provide your Analyst with these details and the remote session can begin.

Important: The remote software has been licensed for use by Pinnacle and uses TeamViewer to transmit data securely. The entire session is fully encrypted and for security reasons may be recorded for training purposes. The software can be terminated at any time by you the customer by simply closing the application.
