Trainers who are qualified to offer the very highest standards
for training before, during and after the installation.
Our Customer Training team will agree an implementation
plan with timing and agenda being arranged directly
with you. Training can be offered in a number of different
formats including on site training or at our training
centre in Cardiff.
We also recognize that a telephone system is a long
term investment which is why we ensure that regular
refresher courses are also available to educate new
members of staff or simply as a reminder to those who
may not be maximizing the systems true potential.
